- Cottage cheese200 g
- Parsley50 g
- Salt20 g
- Chia30 g
- Wash the tomatoes well, make a lid and with a spoon carefully remove all the brains. Put a little salt. Take the ham and cheese and grate or chop very finely, mix salt, parsley, curd. With the spoon fill the coke tomatoes in a greased form, sprinkle chia and parsley to taste. Bake in preheated oven for up to 20 minutes.
