Em uma frigideira, frite a calabresa com alho e cebola. Reserve.

Em uma travessa untada com azeite, coloque rodelas de batata já cozidas, coloque inclusive nas laterais. Faça camadas com o queijo prato, calabresa refogada, tomatinho, requeijão e finalize com queijo parmesão ralado. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180ºC até dourar e sirva!
