  1. Dough: Mix 2 cups of wheat flour, 4 tablespoons of margarine (without salt), half a box of cream, 1 level teaspoon of baking powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar, until you form a dough. that does not stick to the hand, place in a removable background or platter and take it to 180° for approximately 15 minutes until golden.
  2. While the dough is baking, let's make the cream.
  3. Cream: Put the condensed milk, the milk, the yolks (sifted) the margarine, the nest milk and the cornstarch in a pan, mix everything well before going to the fire, (this avoids lumps in the cream) Then put it on the fire low until it turns into a cream, if possible, wick with the help of a fouet so it doesn't lump, it's a very smooth cream, turn off the fire and add the rest of the cream that's left over from the dough and wick until incorporated and set aside.
  4. The dough at this time of the cream, must have already baked, remove from the oven and set aside.
  5. Now with the baked dough and the cream ready we can start assembling. Put the cream on top of the dough and take it to freeze for about 15 minutes so you can put the strawberries.
  6. While it's freezing, in a pan add the strawberry gelatin, the sweet sprinkle and water, take it to the low fire until it dissolves and it turns into a shiny cream and book.
  7. Cut the strawberries in half, and decorate the way you prefer, but it is much more pleasant to cover all the cream with the strawberry as in the photo, and aesthetically it gives its charm too. Then put the shiny cream still warm so it is hot, on top of the strawberries, before it hardens, but if it gets hard, just turn the fire on again and it melts.
  8. Take the pie to the fridge and leave it for at least 3 hours, I recommend making it overnight to eat it very cold.
