- Wheat or breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk2 tablespoon
- Grated cheese or mozzarella1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Peel, cut and cook the chayotes with water and salt. Wait for it to cool down a bit.
- Beat all the other ingredients in the blender (except the grated cheese and the snow whites) for about 3 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and flour and preheat the oven.
- Beat the egg whites and add them gently to a bowl with the blender mixture.
- Gently place the mixture from the bowl in the pyrex and cover with grated cheese or mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and the fork comes out clean. Enjoy your food!
