- Salt10 g
- Water250 ml
- Oil30 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- In a bowl, place the yeast, sugar and 50 g of wheat flour, stir very well. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes until it forms a sponge on top.
- Then add the oil and gradually the rest of the wheat flour, the salt and the eggs. Mix well, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Cover and let rest for 30 min. Model the buns, you can use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. Place in greased shape and let rest for 40 min or until doubled in volume.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 45 min.
