- Cornmeal mimoso1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- First, beat the egg, sugar, milk and oil in a blender. Then add the cornmeal and wheat gradually and beating in the blender itself.
- Finally add the yeast and just mix. Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
