- DOUGH: Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour13 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Parmesan cheese3 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- FILLING: Chopped onion1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Shredded Chicken1 kg
- Tomatoes without skin, chopped2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- PASTA:
- Mix all the ingredients of the dough in the blender and lastly add the yeast.
- book the dough
- FILLING:
- In a pan put the oil, onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the shredded chicken and saute
- Add the tomatoes and let them cook quickly.
- MOUNTING :
- In a greased form put half of the dough
- add the stuffing
- Put the other half of the dough to cover
- Finish with a sprinkle of grated cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for approximately 40 minutes.
