- Recipe
- Potato or cassava to taste
- Dry meat500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Cottage cheese1 to taste
- Make a regular mashed potato. Mine I add milk and margarine. Reserve.
- Boil the jerky 2 times to remove all the salt.
- Take the jerky covered by water to the fire, pressure cooker and leave 25 min.
- Shred the meat and sauté with the onion and then stir in the parsley.
- Mount in the refractory a layer with half of the puree, then put all the meat, the other half of the puree.
- On top of the puree, spread a little curd (to your liking)
- Top with cheese and oregano (optional)
- Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and browns.
