Simple beef jerky

Potato or cassava
1 to taste
Make a regular mashed potato. Mine I add milk and margarine. Reserve.
Boil the jerky 2 times to remove all the salt.
Take the jerky covered by water to the fire, pressure cooker and leave 25 min.
Shred the meat and sauté with the onion and then stir in the parsley.
Mount in the refractory a layer with half of the puree, then put all the meat, the other half of the puree.
On top of the puree, spread a little curd (to your liking)
Top with cheese and oregano (optional)
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and browns.
