  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil (a thread for cooking rice)1 ml
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Arborio rice2 cup
  • Dry white wine200 ml
  • Boiling water1 l
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Diced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Fresh Basil to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  1. Season the shrimp with salt to taste, juice of half a lemon and 1 clove of minced garlic. In a pan, put 2 tablespoons of oil and the shrimp. Saute and reserve.
  2. In the same pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil and half a chopped onion. saute Then add 2 cups of arborio rice and mix. Add 200 milliliters of dry white wine and mix again.
  3. In another pan, dissolve seasonings (black pepper, salt... or 1 Knorr stock cube) in 1 liter of boiling water. Add the hot vegetable broth, little by little and stirring constantly, in the pan with the arboreal rice. Then add the prawns, 1 diced tomato and fresh basil to taste. Mix. Then put 1 tablespoon of cold butter, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve immediately.
