Sour cream200 g
Cottage cheese200 g
Smoked pepperoni2 unit(s)
Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
Chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Mozzarella150 g

Puree: Mix the cassava, cottage cheese and cream well and set aside.
Stuffing: sauté the pepperoni, add the vegetables and sauté a little more and add the spices.
Assembly: in a baking dish, place half the puree, the filling and the rest of the puree, place the cheese and bake at 200° for approximately 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
