- Cooked rice2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Milk200 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Seasonings1 coffee spoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken300 g
- Sour cream20 ml
- Mozzarella (enough to cover the dish)300 g
- Cook the rice with salt and seasonings to taste and set aside.
- Make the white sauce using the milk, butter, wheat flour and seasonings to taste, mixing well to avoid lumps. Reserve.
- Cook the chicken breast. Once cooked, shred and add to the white sauce forming a uniform cream of chicken and sauce.
- In a serving dish, add the rice and pour the chicken cream over the top, taking care to spread it evenly.
- Cover the entire platter with mozzarella and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for about 15 minutes or until the mozzarella melts.
