- Chopped sausage500 g
- Chopped Tomatoes02 unit(s)
- Chopped Onions02 unit(s)
- Chopped or grated carrots02 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, oil, flour, yeast and salt.
- Pour half of the mixture into an oiled pan and set aside.
- For the stuffing, in a pan fry the onion, add tomato and carrot, followed by sausage and seasonings.
- Pour the filling into the dough and then cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
