- Wheat flour3 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sardine1 can(s)
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green corn and peas1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Beat the eggs, milk, oil, cheese, flour in a blender and set aside.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, coriander, peppers, corn/peas and add the sardines in pieces and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the fire. Divide the stuffing and half mix the dough that was reserved and stir.
- Grease the shape and place the dough, add the rest of the stuffing on it and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until it bakes.
- Now just serve.
