To prepare the dough, beat the eggs, milk, oil and salt in a blender until smooth. Add the wheat flour little by little and hit the blender until it forms a smooth and homogeneous mass. Add the baking soda and beat again. Unite a roast and distribute half the dough in the roast, spread the stuffing over it and cover with the rest of the dough. Spread well. Take to preheated medium oven at 180° for 40 minutes or until golden and firm.
