- Soybean or corn oil or coconut oil1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Tin of Sardines in Oil2 unit(s)
- Can of Sweet Corn1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped green olives1/2 cup
- Jar of cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish to taste
- Place the eggs, oil, milk, salt, grated parmesan cheese, wheat flour and yeast in a blender and beat well until smooth.
- Unite a rectangular shape with little butter and flour
- Place half the dough in the mold and add the filling: remove the bones from the sardines and cut them into medium-sized pieces
- Cut the tomato into small pieces and mix with the sardines
- Remove all water from the corn and add half the corn grains to the tomato and sardines, lastly put the olives and mix well, put this stuffing in the dough and add the curd cheese and oregano to taste
- Cover with the rest of the dough and decorate with the rest of the corn kernels, with grated parmesan cheese to taste and oregano to taste
- Take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes or until it's golden and baked (until the toothpick comes out clean) and that's it 🤤😋
