  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  • Sardine2 can(s)
  • Chopped Olives1 cup
  • Oregano1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato Extract1 can(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  1. In the blender, beat the milk, oil, flour, eggs, salt and finally the baking powder until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  2. Heat the onion and garlic until golden, add the tomato paste, sardines, olives, oregano and salt to taste.
  3. Put the dough in a square shape greased with a little oil, then add the sauce and take it to the fire preheated to 180 degrees.
