  • Oil1/5 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • grated cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Stuffing: Cut the onion, tomato and pepper, place in a bowl, mix with all the stuffing ingredients, set aside.
  2. Dough: Put all the ingredients of the dough in the blender (except the yeast) and hit for 2 minutes, after hitting add the yeast and mix well.
  3. Put part of the dough mixture in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour, and put the stuffing on top, then put the rest of the dough, and take it to the medium oven for approximately 30 minutes.
