  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Canned Sardines1 unit(s)
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 can(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Heat the oven to medium temperature. Grease the refractory with oil and set aside.
  2. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Reserve.
  3. In a bowl, mix the onion, oil and 3 cloves of minced garlic, leave the onion very golden. Add the tomato paste, sardines, olives, oregano and salt to taste. The tip is that if you want you can add the green corn.
  4. Place half the dough in the refractory, put the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
