- Sachet of Tomato Sauce3 unit(s)
- Knorr beef broth4 unit(s)
- Large head of garlic2 unit(s)
- Cumin to taste
- Loaf of bread packs6 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise700 g
- Cup of Cottage Cheese2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Tomato for garnish to taste
- Optional milk1/2 l
- Potatoes boiled in water and salt, to taste3 kg
- Prepare the chicken by cleaning and cutting into pieces season with salt, crushed garlic and cumin to taste
- Cook in the pressure cooker together with the onions, peppers, olives, knorr broth and tomato sauce and a glass of water. for 30 min.
- Separate the chicken pieces from the sauce and puree the sauce in a blender. Reserve. Beat the chicken in the mixer to shred. Add the sauce to the chicken. After cold mix in mayonnaise, this will be the filling of your pie.
- To cover, mix the cooled mashed potato with the curd. Reserve.
- Arrange the slices of bread without the crust, on a cake board and moisten it with milk slightly if you want a more moist pie and distribute the filling, alternating the layers and finish with a last layer of moistened bread.
- Spread a layer of puree over the pie and do the same on the sides. You can decorate it with this puree, with the help of a pastry tip. Garnish with parsley, tomatoes and olives. You can pray with corn and potato straw if you prefer
