Bacon100 g
Smoked cheese50 g
Onion01 unit(s)
Coriander to taste

Put the bananas to cook then mash them. And add the grated cheese, set aside.
Cut the Josefina into cubes along with the bacon. Start by frying the bacon to release the fat, then add the Josefina until all is cooked. Finish with the chopped onion and cilantro.
In a glass container start to assemble, a part of banana, in the middle the stuffing and the other part of the banana. Arrange the smoked cheese on top. Bake in the oven, just until the cheese melts. On average 5 minutes.
