In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic; Add the chopped pepper and sauté a little longer; Then add the shredded chicken; Add cumin, paprika, curry and salt; Mix everything very well, sautéing the chicken until you get the flavor of the seasoning; Finally add the green smell and mix well; Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool down a bit.
  2. How to prepare the Salpicão: In a bowl, add the seasoned chicken, carrots, chopped ham, corn, raisins and chopped olives. Mix everything very well; Then add the mayonnaise and cream; Mix well until everything is involved; Transfer this mixture to a platter and spread the potato straw on top; Serve immediately.
