  • Wheat flour | 03 tablespoon
  • Corn starch | 03 tablespoon
  • Eggs | 03 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 03 tablespoon
  • Baking powder | 01 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste


  1. In the mixer place the yolks, wheat flour, corn starch and milk cream, mixing until smooth.
  2. Put the baking powder. Reserve .
  3. Whip the egg whites and gently fold into the reserved dough.
  4. Place the dough in a greased roulade tin and bake at 180° for 16 minutes.
