- Asterix Potato (Pink Skin Potato)500 g
- Black pepper and salt1 to taste
- Cooked chicken breast200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Butter or margarine200 g
- Cook for 10 minutes with the peeled potatoes, then drain and grate on the coarse grater, with the whole grated potato season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a frying pan, add the butter and when it is very hot, place a thick layer of the grated potato and let it brown on the bottom, then place the shredded chicken and the mozzarella on top and with a spatula, shape it so that it is round and add one more layer of grated potato and continue shaping with the spatula.
- Then, with the help of a plate, turn carefully to toast the other side and add a little more butter until it is toasted, just plate and serve.
- Tip: if you have a double pan to make an omelet, you can use it to make the process easier.
