- Ground beef500 g
- Hot water500 ml
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)6 unit(s)
- Season2 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella or other stuffing to taste
- Place the wheat in a container, add hot water, stir, cover and wait until the wheat absorbs all the water.
- Put the meat and seasonings, I like to put the grated or processed onion and garlic, mix well and adjust the salt.
- Put half the dough on a board, stuff it with whatever you like, I used mozzarella. Cover the filling with the other half of dough, brush olive oil on top and bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
