  • Flour for kibbeh (wheat)250 g
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Hot water500 ml
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)6 unit(s)
  • Season2 unit(s)
  • Mint to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella or other stuffing to taste
  1. Place the wheat in a container, add hot water, stir, cover and wait until the wheat absorbs all the water.
  2. Put the meat and seasonings, I like to put the grated or processed onion and garlic, mix well and adjust the salt.
  3. Put half the dough on a board, stuff it with whatever you like, I used mozzarella. Cover the filling with the other half of dough, brush olive oil on top and bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
