  • Cream cheese or cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Spinach100 g
  • Mushrooms1 can(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • paprika to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Shred the chicken, season with a little of the spices (after all, the chicken was already seasoned)
  2. Place the dough in a mold with a removable bottom.
  3. Place the chicken, drained mushrooms (if canned), beaten egg with cream cheese and spinach (if frozen, defrost it first)
  4. Place the grated mozzarella cheese on top, close the sides with the remaining dough and bake at 200 degrees until golden (you can brush the dough with a beaten egg).
