- Beetroot300 g
- Lemon Juice80 ml
- Sugar270 g
- Oil120 ml
- Wheat Flour240 g
- Chemical Yeast15 g
- Condensed milk (topping)390 g
- Nest Milk90 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- White granules to taste
- Place the eggs, beetroot, lemon juice and oil in the blender.
- Beat everything very well until the beet is fully incorporated into the dough.
- Add the sugar and beat a little more
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour.
- Lastly add the chemical yeast and mix quickly
- Pour into a greased and floured form
- Take it to the preheated oven at 200ºC for about 40 minutes, in any case do the toothpick test, when it comes out clean it is ready
- Remove from oven and wait for it to cool down
- (COVERING) Melt the butter or margarine over very low heat.
- Add the condensed milk and cream and mix
- Add powdered milk and mix until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap in contact with the cream and let cool.
- After cold, you can add strawberry fruits and etc...
- After the cake has cooled, add the filling.
