  • Desalted Cod Chips400 g
  • Chopped green olives2 cup
  • Oregano Powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilled butter cut into cubes200 g
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Pinch of salt (for the dough)1 unit(s)
  • Ice water1/4 cup
  • Pot of Creamy Requeijão or Catupiry (stuffing)1 unit(s)
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the cold butter cut into cubes, a pinch of salt, the flour and mix with your hands until it forms a crumbly mixture, add the cold water after a few until it forms a homogeneous dough, wrap the dough in cling film and take it to the fridge. for about 15 minutes
  2. Make the filling: boil the desalted codfish flakes (lightly boil), add olive oil and salt to taste, set aside.
  3. Remove the dough from the fridge and open it with a rolling pin and line the bottom of a cake tin with a removable bottom, line the bottom and sides with the dough, make holes with a fork.
  4. Add the codfish filling, the cream cheese, the chopped green olives and the oregano to taste
  5. Take to bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden and that's it 😋
