- Desalted Cod Chips400 g
- Chopped green olives2 cup
- Oregano Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chilled butter cut into cubes200 g
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Pinch of salt (for the dough)1 unit(s)
- Ice water1/4 cup
- Pot of Creamy Requeijão or Catupiry (stuffing)1 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- In a bowl, place the cold butter cut into cubes, a pinch of salt, the flour and mix with your hands until it forms a crumbly mixture, add the cold water after a few until it forms a homogeneous dough, wrap the dough in cling film and take it to the fridge. for about 15 minutes
- Make the filling: boil the desalted codfish flakes (lightly boil), add olive oil and salt to taste, set aside.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and open it with a rolling pin and line the bottom of a cake tin with a removable bottom, line the bottom and sides with the dough, make holes with a fork.
- Add the codfish filling, the cream cheese, the chopped green olives and the oregano to taste
- Take to bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden and that's it 😋
