- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Egg Yolks2 unit(s)
- Whole Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Spinach1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
- Green Smell3 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Sour Cream1 unit(s)

- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Grated Mozzarella50 g
- In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil; Add the spinach cut into strips, salt, and chopped parsley. Put the filling in the form along with the dough. In a container, mix the cream, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Add the mixture on top of the stuffing and take it all to the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
