  • Wheat for kibbeh250 g
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Chopped Mint to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chimichurre to taste
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Soak the kibbeh wheat in hot water for 30 minutes and cover with plastic wrap.
  2. Add all the minced ingredients to the meat. Mix everything and taste, if necessary add more salt.
  3. Grease a refractory with oil, add the dough.
  4. Make cross cuts and add olive oil
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30/40 minutes or until golden.
