- Roasted pumpkin*500 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sweet sprinkle1/3 cup
- Seasonings to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Start by mashing the pumpkin until it becomes a puree. Add the mozzarella and mix well. Add the eggs one by one and mix well until incorporated. Add the flour and seasonings to taste. I used endrodill, you can use oregano, basil, rosemary... Also add a pinch of salt and black pepper (to taste).
- Place in greased loaf pan and sprinkle parmesan on top (to taste) Bake in a preheated oven (230°) for 40 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour before unmolding.
- *To bake the pumpkin, just place it in the oven at 230° for approximately 40', or until it is very soft. Remove from the shell with the help of a spoon.
