  • yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon

  • Milk1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • wheat flour2 cup
  1. Heat the milk with butter in the microwave for 1min and beat the mixture in the blender with the eggs for 3min.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased loaf tin and place in the oven to bake at 180° for 40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
  3. After unmold warm and after cold, fill the center with brigadeiro and cover with a kiss.
  4. Brigadeiro and Coverage Each one in a pan put the ingredients mixing and take it to the medium fire always stirring until it unglued from the bottom.
