  • sugar1.1/2 cup
  • wheat flour4 cup
  • 50% or 70% chocolate1 cup
  • milk1.1/2 cup
  • water1/2 cup
  • baking powder for cake1 tablespoon
  • Filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Filling: sour cream1 can(s)
  • Filling: grated coconut100 g
  1. Beat the egg whites and set aside, beat the yolks with the sugar and butter until a very fluffy cream is formed.
  2. Add the sifted wheat flour along with the 50% chocolate, then the milk and water, beating on low speed until well incorporated.
  3. Put the yeast and turn off the mixer adding the snow whites, mixing gently.
  4. Place in greased shape, oven 180° for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Filling Mix all the ingredients and stir over medium heat, until the point of soft brigadeiro.
  6. Unmold the cake and throw the filling on top, decorate as you wish.
