- Potato1 kg
- Milk300 ml
- Sour cream300 g
- cream cheese90 g
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mozzarella300 g
- Ham300 g
- Baked cottage cheese100 g
- Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Place in a large pot and cover with water. Let them cook until they are slightly soft. Run the water and book.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, cream cheese, grated Parmesan and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Unite a platter with butter and place a layer of potato. Drizzle with a little of the milk mixture, cover with a layer of ham, cheese and bakeable curd. Make another layer of potatoes, water again with the liquid, and make another layer of ham and cheese.
- Make layers until you run out of ingredients and finish with a layer of mozzarella.
- Take to preheated oven, until golden!!
