  • Milk2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Shredded Chicken200 g
  • Barbecue sauce1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Calabrian sausage100 g
  • Corn to taste
  • Pea to taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese Slices4 unit(s)
  • Oil to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices of approximately 1.5 cm.
  2. Bring to boil in salted water. After boiling leave another 5 minutes and book.
  3. Add the milk and butter, then add the wheat, pepper and salt. Stir constantly over low heat until thickened and set aside.
  4. In a medium pan put oil, onion, something and sauté. Then add the barbecue sauce, chicken and pepperoni (already ready).
  5. Grease a glass dish with butter, put a layer of potatoes, white sauce on top, pour a layer of chicken.
  6. Then add one more potato, white sauce and finish with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 180• for 40 minutes or until the cheese browns. Remove and serve.
