- Rice flour1 cup
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Salt. to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Put the potatoes to cook without the skin.
- Saute the meat with the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add salt and spices to your liking.
- After they are well cooked, mash the potatoes until they become a puree consistency, add salt and seasonings to taste.
- Add half a box of cream to the cooled ground beef.
- Put the egg on the potatoes, sprinkle the rice flour on your hand and open the potato dough to put the meat inside.
- Repeat the process until you have made several cookies.
- After all the rolled dumplings, pass the rice flour on the dumpling until it's all covered.
- After all the dumplings are ready, fry them and serve while still hot.
- For best results, use a deep fryer.
