  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Potato7 unit(s)
  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Salt. to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Put the potatoes to cook without the skin.
  2. Saute the meat with the chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add salt and spices to your liking.
  4. After they are well cooked, mash the potatoes until they become a puree consistency, add salt and seasonings to taste.
  5. Add half a box of cream to the cooled ground beef.
  6. Put the egg on the potatoes, sprinkle the rice flour on your hand and open the potato dough to put the meat inside.
  7. Repeat the process until you have made several cookies.
  8. After all the rolled dumplings, pass the rice flour on the dumpling until it's all covered.
  9. After all the dumplings are ready, fry them and serve while still hot.
  10. For best results, use a deep fryer.
