  • Mayonnaise1 cup
  • Wheat flour5 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Ham250 g
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Sliced ​​Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Egg yolk1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Sift the flour into a large bowl.
  2. Add the milk and mayonnaise and knead until it forms a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  3. On a floured baking sheet, roll out half of the dough and poke holes all over it with a fork.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and fill as you wish. I made layers of ham, grated mozzarella, cream cheese and tomato. I sprinkled it with oregano.
  6. Open the other half and cover the pie, also piercing it with a fork.
  7. Brush an egg yolk onto the surface of the pie lid.
  8. Place back in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
