- Mozzarella200 g
- Sausage, pepperoni, chopped one cubes2 unit(s)
- Eggs, boiled and chopped3 unit(s)
- Corn1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Saute garlic, onion and pepperoni until golden
- Add the olives and corn and leave on low heat.
- Add the cooked rice, stir well and turn off the heat.
- Add egg and stir slowly, place in a refractory
- Top the rice with sliced mozzarella and grated cheese.
