Calda

Derreta o açúcar em uma assadeira redonda faça um caramelo. Retire do fogo;
Corte o abacaxi em fatias e distribua sobre a calda, e reserve.

Syrup

Melt the sugar in a round baking dish and make a caramel. Remove from fire;
Cut the pineapple into slices and distribute over the syrup, and set aside.

Massa

Na vasilha da batedeira, coloque o açúcar, as gemas e a manteiga e misture;
Junte o leite e a bata até formar um creme homogêneo, depois desligue;
Coloque a farinha e bata novamente, depois desligue;
Coloque as claras em neve e mexa para se misturar aos demais ingredientes;
Adicione o fermento, e misture;
Coloque a massa na assadeira reservada, e leve ao forno pré-aquecido 180°c até dourar;
Desenforme quente para não grudar, depois já pode servir.

Pasta

Add the yeast, and mix;

Unmold hot so it doesn't stick, then you can serve.
