- Sugar | 10 tablespoon
- Pineapple slices | to taste
- Oil | 1 cup
- Sugar | 1.1/2 cup
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Milk | 1 cup
- Wheat flour | 3 cup
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
- Initial remarks:
I used a round shape, it cannot have a removable bottom or a hole in the middle.
The sugar that has 1.1/2 reads: one and a half cups of sugar
Melt the sugar already inside the mold over low heat, stirring so it doesn't burn, when it has completely melted, wait 30 seconds and pass the melted sugar on the sides of the mold with the help of a silicone spoon. After adding the pineapple slices, set aside and let's go to the dough.
Put the sugar, eggs and oil in the mixer or blender, beating for 2 minutes. Then, add the wheat flour and milk, beating for 2 minutes. Add the baking powder and mix manually and delicately.
After incorporating the yeast into the dough, pour the contents into the previously reserved form and take it to the preheated fire at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
- Final note: do not wait until completely cold to unmold, as the cake may stick together. In my case, I waited about 4 minutes. Now it's just a delight.
