Wheat Flour3 cup
Sugar1 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Margarine3 tablespoon
Pineapple Juice1 cup
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Sugar for Syrup2 cup
Pineapple Slices1 unit(s)

First prepare the syrup, as it needs to cool down a little to put the dough.
put the sugar on the baking sheet and over low heat melt the sugar
after it turns into a caramel, turn off the heat and place the pineapple slices on the entire baking sheet. If you prefer caramelize the sides as well.
Beat the sugar and margarine with a mixer until pale.
Add one egg at a time, beat until it becomes a very light cream.
Add the wheat flour and pineapple juice, beat for a few more minutes.
Add the yeast and mix with the help of a spatula.
Transfer the dough to the baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°. Let it bake for about 30min.
Unmold the cake while it is still warm.
