  • Wheat Flour400 g
  • Cold butter200 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Egg yolk1 unit(s)
  • Egg yolk for brushing the dough1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk6 tablespoon
  • Seasoned shredded chicken for the stuffing4 cup
  • Catupiry sachet1/2 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Chopped green olives1 cup
  1. In a bowl place the very cold butter cut into pieces and the wheat flour and mix with your hands until you form a farofa.
  2. Add the egg, the egg yolk, the milk, the salt and knead everything with your hands until you form a smooth dough, wrap the dough in cling film and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. On a clean countertop open half the dough with a rolling pin and place it on the bottom and sides of the removable background shape.
  4. Add the stuffing (must be cold) of seasoned shredded chicken, catupiry, chopped green olives and sprinkle oregano powder to taste
  5. Close the pie with the other half of the dough (open with a rolling pin) and brush the beaten egg yolk over the dough, make holes with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until golden and that's it 😋
