Pie is cracked

Em uma panela grande, misture a maisena, o chocolate em pó e o açúcar. Vá colocando o leite aos poucos para poder dissolver;
Separe os ovos em gema e clara, reserve as claras, misture as gemas em uma xícara e coloque dentro da panela;
Por último, coloque o leite condensado e misture bem;
Leve ao fogo e mexa de vez em quando;
Molhe as bolachas em um pouco de leite, e coloque uma camada de bolacha em um refratário grande até que cubra o fundo;
Não deixe a mistura engrossar muito, quando começar a ferver abaixe o fogo e misture até ficar cremoso;
Coloque uma camada de creme sobre as bolachas, repita a operação até a panela ficar vazia;
A última camada deve ser a do creme;
Bata as claras em neve, adicione as duas colheres de açúcar e bata mais um pouco;
Coloque por fim o creme de leite e misture agora com uma colher. Coloque este creme branco sobre a torta;
Decore com chocolates se preferir. Sirva gelado.

In a large saucepan, combine the cornstarch, cocoa powder and sugar. Add the milk little by little so that it dissolves;
Separate the eggs into yolk and white, reserve the whites, mix the yolks in a cup and place in the pan;
Finally, add the condensed milk and mix well;
Bring to a boil and stir occasionally;
Soak the cookies in a little milk, and place a layer of cookies in a large refractory until it covers the bottom;
Do not let the mixture thicken too much, when it starts to boil, lower the heat and mix until creamy;
Place a layer of cream on the cookies, repeat the operation until the pan is empty;
The last layer should be the cream;
Beat the egg whites, add the two tablespoons of sugar and beat a little more;
Finally add the cream and mix now with a spoon. Place this white cream over the pie;
Decorate with chocolates if you prefer. Serve cold.
