Unleavened Wheat500 g
Hydrogenated vegetable shortening250 g
Eggs2 unit(s)
gems (for brushing)2 unit(s)
Salt1 tablespoon

Mix the wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
Add the eggs and vegetable fat and knead with your hands until you form a homogeneous mass.
Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge before using it.
Line the bottom and sides of the pie molds with small portions of dough and reserve about ⅓ of the dough, to make the lids.
Add the filling of your choice.
Then, to close the pies, use small portions of dough: flatten them well, cover the pies and brush with the slightly beaten egg yolks.
Bake in preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven, wait to cool down a bit and unmold.
Ready. Now just taste this deliciousness!
