  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Ricotta1 teaspoon
  • Raisin1/2 cup
  • Yeast powder1 dessert spoon
  1. Wash the cassava with a brush, peel it and chop it into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a blender and add the chopped cassava, milk, sugar and salt.
  2. Pass the ricotta through the pan, add the mixture from the blender and hit some more.
  3. Add the raisins and yeast and mix well.
  4. Place in a greased and floured shape and take it to bake in the oven until golden.
