- Milk1/2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Ricotta1 teaspoon
- Raisin1/2 cup
- Yeast powder1 dessert spoon
- Wash the cassava with a brush, peel it and chop it into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a blender and add the chopped cassava, milk, sugar and salt.
- Pass the ricotta through the pan, add the mixture from the blender and hit some more.
- Add the raisins and yeast and mix well.
- Place in a greased and floured shape and take it to bake in the oven until golden.
