  • Oil1 cup
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Pepperoni (segment)1 cup
  • Canned corn1/2 can(s)
  • Seasonings (tomato, onion, pepper, parsley) to taste
  1. Start by chopping the pepperoni.
  2. Then fry (no need to add oil, because the pepperoni already releases fat).
  3. Add the onion, tomato and pepper and leave for another 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  5. In a blender, beat the eggs with the oil and milk first.
  6. Add the flour little by little.
  7. Add half of the grated cheese, salt and, lastly, the yeast (do not beat much).
  8. In a greased and floured pan, pour half of the dough.
  9. Stuff with the pepperoni and put the corn.
  10. Pour the other half of the dough, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top and parsley.
  11. Bake in a high oven until golden.
