Ingredients

  • 3 teacups of wheat flour 250g of butter or margarine, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 beaten egg yolk for brushing, filling to taste |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter or margarine, egg yolks, salt. Knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass. Roll out small portions of the dough and line the bottom and sides of the molds. No need to grease. Put the stuffing and cover with the dough. Brush with the beaten egg yolk and take it to the preheated medium oven until the pies are golden. Let it cool down a bit, remove from the molds and serve.
