Pasta
Mix the flour, the butter and the egg, make a content under the mold and take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
Mousse
Hydrate the gelatin, and beat the condensed milk, milk creams and juice in a blender, along with the gelatin, leave in a container in the fridge for 1 hour and 30 minutes
With the firm mousse put it in the mold and surround it with the biscuits.
Make the syrup by putting the sugar, passion fruit and water, turn it off and set aside
Put it on top to finish with the syrup and leave it in the fridge until serving.
Unmold and ready
